A production system that turns a short project form into a complete technical submittal — products selected with AI assistance, documents retrieved, PDF assembled and emailed.

The problem
Technical submittals were assembled by hand: reading project documents, choosing matching products, finding the right datasheets and compiling them into one package. Each one took skilled time, and small mistakes were easy to miss.

The solution
A pipeline that starts from a structured form, reads uploaded documents with OCR, proposes matching products with AI for a person to confirm, retrieves the approved documents, assembles a formatted PDF and emails it.
